Although this is a brand new National Hot Rod website we were actually first created 20 years ago!
Neil Rowe has been a lifetime supporter of National Hot rod racing, not only that but he has been a major part of the NHRPA (National Hot Rod Promotors Association) such is his knowledge and enthusiasm.
In 2000 Neil decided to jump on the bandwagon of that thing called the ‘World Wide Web. At that time, it certainly wasn’t a mainstream media outlet, however many crazy futurists insisted it will be the most powerful media outlet on the planet, seems they were right!
After 20 years at the helm of this website Neil (CEO, MD, FD and Tea maker) has decided it’s time for someone else to take on that role, that someone is me, Shane Bland.
Thankfully I have been assured by the many supporters of National Hot Rods that I won’t have to be the sole operator but will have the help and support of many contributors.
